It depends on the size of the space and how much construction is involved. A single room refresh can move quickly, while a full home or office fit-out takes longer because of design approvals, material lead times and site work. We share a realistic schedule once the scope is agreed and keep you updated as it progresses.
We prepare a quotation based on the agreed design, the area and the materials you choose, so you can see where the money goes before work starts. Payments are split into stages linked to project milestones, and any change you request along the way is priced and agreed with you first.
Yes. Our team visits regularly to check progress, coordinate the different trades and make sure the work matches the approved drawings. You are welcome to join site visits, and we keep you informed by phone or WhatsApp in between.
Not always. For smaller jobs many clients stay at home and we plan the work room by room. For larger renovations involving dust, electrical or plumbing work, it is often easier to move out for part of the schedule. We will advise you honestly once we know the scope.
Yes. We prepare layout drawings and, depending on the package, 3D visuals so you can see how the finished space will look. You review them with us and we refine the design until you are happy before anything is built.
We can. We work with local suppliers and workshops for board, laminate, tiles, lighting, fabrics and custom furniture, and we help you compare options at different price points. If you prefer to buy some items yourself, we will give you the specifications.
Absolutely. Many good designs keep pieces that clients already love. We note what you want to keep at the start and plan the colours, layout and new items around them.
Yes. Alongside homes, we design and fit out offices, showrooms, restaurants and other commercial spaces, planning for how your staff and customers move through the space as well as how it looks.
We walk through the finished space with you, note anything that needs attention and arrange for it to be fixed. After that you can contact us any time for advice on care, small adjustments or your next project.
